About the Position
You will be supporting the President, a nationally recognized sales and marketing speaker, consultant, trainer, and executive who is speaking to president groups, working on new business growth projects, as well as writing a new book.

Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint). Must be proficient in English (read, write and speak). $20-$25 per hour based on skills and experience, 10-15 hours per week.

The parttime engagement will be thought-provoking, interesting, and educational for the Executive Assistant. GoToMeeting will be utilized for conducting sessions with customer and prospect executives.

• Facilitate GoToMeetings between Executive and customers/prospects
• Create PowerPoints for speaking engagements
• Receive dictation
• Utilize mind mapping software for brainstorming and development
• Keep the executive organized
• Other responsibilities may be assigned

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to take dictation
• Type 80+ WPM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must know or be willing to learn Mind Mapping Software
