    • Responsible for monitoring and reporting changes to applicable federal and state regulations related to mortgage originations
    • Reviews and manages compliance related policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory requirement and sound practices
    • Prepares and manages ongoing and ad hoc reporting related legal, risk and compliance
    • Works closely with other staff compliance and other departments, and participates in process improvement activities
    • Monitors inquiries submitted to the Compliance Email Box
    • Backs-Up other team members as needed
    • Assists with special projects and provides project management related support as needed for legal, compliance and risk functions
    • Provides departmental administrative support as needed


    • Minimum of 4+ years recent experience in the mortgage lending industry, 3+ years regulatory compliance or risk management experience preferred
    • Familiarity with government agency guidelines
    • Mortgage or financial services operational experience a plus
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Proven problem solving, organizational and report -development skills
    • Ability to manage time and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Must have ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
    • Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work independently
