The purpose of this position is to support our mission to help everyone live a longer, happier, and healthier life. Specifically, the I.T. Analyst will support the four Engines of Success that include: Internal (to increase level of service performed by employee) – Customer Service (to increase patient, physician, and customer satisfaction) – People (to increase employee satisfaction and lower employee turnover) – Financial (to increase net revenue and to reduce costs).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Technology Analyst, Servers
Review configurations and make recommendations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Work with management and vendors to implement systems and servers.
Acts as top tier support for technical issues and provides troubleshooting direction to all lower tier technicians and customers.
Analyze environment and process server builds according to specifications and industry best practices.
Ensures business continuity of servers.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required. Prefer 5 or more years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
Accurate with good attention to detail.
Ability to work under own initiative / self-motivated.
Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment.
Experience with information technology optimization.
Dexterity to learn new systems and programs rapidly.
Must have a working knowledge of the industry. His includes but is not limited to configuration management principles and practices, network security practices, and network protocols.
Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft and Linux servers.
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Printer Management, DNS.
Must have experience with VMWare and SCCM.
Knowledge of SAN storage is a plus.
Must have ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support the business.
Must have the ability to travel between locations.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Visio).
Certification: Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or similar.
