Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a four-year Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited university or college with three years related experience or five to seven years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position. Direct supervisory experience in the commercial electrical and low voltage (audio/visual) trades, including planning and scheduling employee work, resource leveling, tracking employee and own assigned work. Journeyman level experience in the commercial electrical and low voltage trades, including estimating, conducting market analysis and requisitioning of materials and tools. Knowledgeable in the installation, maintenance and repair of audio/visual (A/V) and facility electrical systems. Ability to use a computer.
Class E driver license required. Current Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license registration in any state is desired.
