JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the talent acquisition by managing administrative tasks associated with posting open requisitions, scheduling interviews, and managing the pre-employment process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also track new hire onboarding tasks and proactively update recruiter and hiring manager of progress. As part of the Talent Acquisition process, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will post requisitions in Taleo and assist with the management of applicant activity in the system.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Arrange and coordinate internal and external candidate scheduling via the Applicant Tracking System,Taleo, including organizing and confirming timetables and candidate communication.
Administer job vacancy information received from Hiring Manager via Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), or Recruiter to include drafting and updating job vacancies.
Close job vacancies within Taleo.
Post job advertisements with Taleo as well as coordinate and facilitate all administration within ATS for job posting and selected candidates.
Monitor background check results; notifying Hiring Manager and Employee of successful completion as well as initiating pre-adverse process for failed background checks.
Track completion of on-boarding tasks in system and proactively providing updates as needed to the Hiring Manager and/or Recruiter.
Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA degree preferred
2-3 years experience
1 year experience working with an Applicant Tracking System; Taleo preferred
