Island Company Naples is currently seeking a highly qualified Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing and executing daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, administration, communications, marketing and merchandising. Ideal candidates will have a great sense of the Island Company brand.

Handle and oversee all day to day operations
Meet all sales goals
Track, monitor, and communicate all sales reports
Provide outstanding customer service
Ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates; lead by example
Build and maintain a repeat clientele with constant client communication utilizing a client book
Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff
Resolve all guest concerns quickly and effectively
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Understand and properly execute all management register functions
Ensure employee appearance and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand at all times
Employee Management (including interviewing, training, discipline, scheduling, etc.)
Follow all visual merchandising directives
Identify and communicate product concerns to superiors in a timely manner
Understand and execute cash control procedures including: bank deposits, safe funds & petty cash
Adhere to work schedule
Job Requirements
3-4 years of high end retail sales/supervisor experience
QuickBooks Point-of-Sale and Microsoft Office experience
Great organizational skills (attention to detail is critical)
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to follow directions and work towards team goals
Self-motivated and dependable
