Short Description

Responsible for identifying customer needs for sales, rental or service, via phone customers. Drive incremental revenue growth and improved overall Sales Productivity and New Account penetration through initiation of the sales cycle, cold calling and opportunity discovery activities. As a member of the sales team the Call Center Agent is responsible for building and managing sales pipeline and establishing account presence and building trust with key contacts.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in response to all customer inquiries through various sources. Resolves issue to achieve customer satisfaction. Receives, evaluates and responds to customer inquiries. Handles request for assistance, complaints, reservations, special request via phone, chat, email forms and/or correspondence per established protocols. Gains an understanding of the inquiry and /or service needs, responds and resolves, or escalates the issues for solution within specified protocols established by the Customer Care Center. Responsible for following inquiries and requests to resolution. Fulfills orders and resolves issues to achieve customer satisfaction. Functioning as a lesion between the external customers and the internal branches

Job Requirements
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with an Inside Sales Operation.

Customer Care Experience minimum of 2 years
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills
Results oriented, with demonstrated customer service
Self-Starter
Strong knowledge of call center tools, chat, email, etc
